I had the privilege of being raised in a Christian home. Not only were my parents heavily involved in our church, they demonstrated their Christian values in the manner in which they lived their lives.

While still in elementary school, I heard a message at church one evening that caused me to realize my spiritual need. A few days later I told my mother of my concern. She prayed with me, and I received Jesus Christ as my savior.

I was blessed to attend a Christian high school. After graduation, I served four years in the U.S. Navy. Upon graduation from college, I have had the opportunity to serve in Christian education for over thirty years.
